Responsibilities :

Materials Coordination capacity

• Primary contact with Contract Manufacturers regarding material issues for NPI builds
• Work with Contract Manufacturers to obtain material shortage report per build plan
• Provide the costing BOM to Contract Manufacturers as per the direction from Buyer/Planner and obtain the Purchasing Order from Contract Manufacturers
• Follow up with the internal Sales Order, coordinate with NPI Buyer/Planner and kitting team of best shipping schedule
• Drive shortage materials for Contract Manufacturers and meeting target date
• Identify gating items to begin manufacturing, facilitate any deviations / ECNs fm BOM as approved by team
• Follow up and/or expedite open orders with supplier on a regular basis.

• Responsible for order non-production items for Toronto Design Centre
• Ability to conduct supply chain reconciliations such as but not limited to: resolve and/or follow up on various discrepancies (incorrect invoices, shipping errors, cancellation and replacements of materials).
